Pittsburgh Steelers 2024

Broncos mopping the floor w Chief’s scrubs. Bengals will be staying home this playoff season.

Looking like it’s going to be the Ravens part 3 next weekend. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s primetime.

That part isn’t on Tomlin. The front office can’t really be expected to find another HOF player who’ll last close to 20 years, but they can do a hell of a lot better than Mason Rudolph, Kenny Pickett, and 10-years-too-late Russell Wilson.

Maybe Tomlin’s offense doesn’t work well for passing without Ben no matter what, but it’s not like he’s had the personnel to find out.

He’s never really tried anything different than bad run fits and a passing game that has generally ignored anything in the middle of the field. Those characteristics have been prevalent for over half a decade in his offense no matter the personnel or coaching

@thechuck_2112 Don’t forget Mitch Trubisky in that list of losers. A lot of their QB problems can be traced back to giving Ben one contract too many.

I’ll just keep telling myself tonight, this is the highest paid defense in the NFL and Mike Tomlin is a defensive genius. That should help things get better.

Ouch. Embarrassing 1st half and I don’t see it getting better. Sad. Then again, Lamar Jackson is good.

Wilson’s last game as a Steeler.

Not sure about Fields.

Tomlin? Hate to say it, but who could they hire that justifies getting rid of Tomlin?

Arthur Smith may take another job which may not be such a bad thing.

Man the Steelers need a big retool. Don’t tear it completely apart and keep Tomlin because it’s really easy for things to go south if you go too far, but they need to trade piece of the defense while they can get back a good return. They aren’t winning anything until they get a proper QB and modernize that roster on both sides of the ball.

Signed, a Bears fan.

A lot of reports that the Bears would like to trade for Tomlin. What’s the offer? That would certainly help the Steelers retool.

Wild card blow-out: The standard is the standard.

I’d pass. Bears need someone who will bring the franchise into 2025 and develop Caleb Williams, that’s Ben Johnson (and I’d be happy with Vrabel). Tomlin isn’t the guy, especially if you have to give something up for him. He’d be a better fit for a team like the Jags or Raiders.

Every playoff game since 2017.

2017 down 21-0 against Jacksonville
2020 down 28-0 against Cleveland
2021 down 35-7 against KC
2023 down 21-0 against Buffalo
2024 down 21-0 against Baltimore

Mediocre Mike strikes again. Time to move on from him.

They need a young offensive minded guy….

That WR they got last year and a first rounder. I’ll drive Mike up to Chicago myself

He ain’t lying……

Saw someone today compare Tomlin’s career arc to Doc Rivers, not a bad comparison.

Im not as familiar with NBA as the NFL….
