Some articles that I’m surprised actually saw the light of day. The other side of the Ben celebration.
I wonder why Magary didn’t tell the world how he really feels about Ben. Lol
He at least notes the inherent hypocrisy with these types of pieces that is “if he was your QB you’d still absolutely root for him.”
Magary made a career at Deadspin being a scumbag.

Scumbag? He isn’t as funny as he used to be but then again escaping death is a decent excuse.
I never thought he was funny, but one man’s funny is another man’s scumbag.

“University of Miami” was mentioned as Ben’s Alma Mater late in the game. I had breakfast with friends and the topic came up. I was surprised no one mentioned it on here, unless I missed it. Love and Honor.
And lately, there have been a lot of replays of the moment he was selected by the Steelers in the draft. Commissioner said he was from University of Miami Ohio.
I think there is a whole thread about people getting the Miami names mixed up. It’s a really fun thread. You guys should check it out.
Sloman to practice squad again.
A COVID insurance player.
Operator error.
What I said he was being paid and, being a kicker is better than working for a living. And from what I read, he’s making $9,200/wk.

Kevin Colbert is retiring after the 2022 draft. Sad to see him go as he’s been great for the Steelers during his tenure. Have to believe they’ll hire from within. Omar Kahn seems to be the early favorite. Possibly Brandon Hunt too.
A changing of the guard in 2022
I know Steelers OL blocking is lacking, but Snell is awful…just tiptoes around until he gets smothered most every run.
Yeah losing Harris was killer. Offense needs to get it going. Indy is pulling a complete choke job

Unbelievable drop on that 3rd and 8.
Un freaking real
If the Chargers tie…There better be an investigation!
Steelers pull it off! Couldn’t understand why they kept running the ball (at all), Harris bounced outside on yet another run w no hole and got the big gainer to set up the FG. Great stuff for Ben to get into playoffs!
