We also have one of the best red zone defenses in the country, which gives us an advantage in OT. The calculus would be different in OT when you know the other team will get the ball second in 2OT, but in regulation the right play would have been the PAT imo.

This Boston College versus Florida State game looks like an intra-squad scrimmage with the uniform matchup being terrible. In the wide shot, they have the exact same helmets. Couldn’t somebody wear all black or something?
Anyone else having issues watching online?

My reaction following Saturday’s loss was “Well, it could be worse. We could be Florida right now.”
As of right now, it looks like Florida State can be added to that idea.

We have a very tough schedule for a G5 team, but Florida has easily the toughest schedule in the nation. Things could get very nasty this year for them. A losing record looks very possible.

Former Miami linebacker James Bomba, now at Indiana, appeared to have sustained a season ending knee injury in the second quarter of tonight’s game against WIU.
Northwestern up 10-7 against duke at halftime. Very similar to Miami’s game last week where neither team can do much. NW’s TD came off of a muffed punt where they recovered in the red zone. Not impressed by their QB but it is very windy and raining so I’m sure that has an effect.
NU vs Duke has gotten incredibly sloppy in the second half. Blocked punt, missed 29 yard FG, interception and fumble in the third quarter.

A rabbit running on the field immediately followed by a fumble sums up how it’s going. Literally within the span of about 10 plays there was a blocked punt, doinked 29 yard field goal, interception, rabbit on the field, fumble

The rabbit has shown the most skill and speed in the 2nd half. Is this just how Notthwestern’s entire season is going to go? It’s quickly becoming a trend that their games appear to be rock fights unfolding in waist-high mud.
This game is going to overtime! Both QBs have both been trying to lose this game

Well they prevented the conversion which is the big part
