MIAMI V BGSU GAME THREAD!

Gotta score before half

Or we’ll just do nothing because our coach is afraid of his own shadow

My thoughts after a half of this nonsense.

Heavener playing a responsible game but seems to have D2 foot speed.

I was hoping Heavner would rise to the occasion, but he is getting a hard lesson in the difference between D1 athletes (even at a bottom feeder) and D2.

He needs to learn he has to get the ball out faster and he can’t just outrun everyone on the field.

Exactly. Not gonna beat anyone 1-on-1.

At least Kellen is back

Yeah not a bad half by any means, but he is processing really slow for someone with a lot of experience

Sigh.

We have way more bling on our “did not dress” players and some really nice cars in the east lot. Focus where it matters.

I mean, on the plus side, at least we’re playing BG right now. They’ve easily been the 2nd worst team in the MAC so far this season. So it could be worse. Imagine if we were playing a competent team today.

Well, great way to end the half. Get a little momentum going. And hopefully with that half of football under his belt, Heavner has settled in. He’s shown some positive stuff out there so far. Everyone just needs to quit effing around, and come out in the 2nd half ready to beat the world.

Did Mccomb also play defensive back? This is not a good effort against a team that has literally been the worst offense in FBS so far this season.

Surely Chuck gets the axe today if we lose, right?

Far more disappointed in the defense than the offense. We look inept against one of the worst offenses in D1.

Our linebackers are MIA.

Never fear. I’m sure we made lots of adjustments at halftime.

Can we scheme up some quick throws?

Give Heavner to heave go and play the freshman. We are gonna get waxed by everyone we play with this offense.

Yea all we have is deep pass, draw or QB run
