CM job security

Not a bad idea, dude. Call it Ballcoach’s Happy Page.

Seems to me you’re doing one Hell of a job at kissing the CM status quo ring, especially if you’re already brushing off failure this season and “moving onto 2023.”

Whatever man. Wallow in it. I have said all along that I see this team being better over the next few years than it is right now. Nothing has changed. CM has lots of flaws. Just because I don’t bash the guy doesn’t mean anything other than I don’t cast stones.

All of us have expected better “…over the next few years”. We have, for years now, expected better but it never comes. How much longer do you propose we continue this cycle? Seriously, how long would be enough, in your mind, to give Chuck a fair shot?

I’d say 2 bad seasons in a row. This is one. So, .500 or below next year gone.

“Heard it from a friend who, heard it from a friend. “ I hope Martin was hitting himself in the head. I hope he was pissed. Every single coach I have ever known, except 1, drops F bombs. I would not be sharing this spreading this if I were you. Do you know Michael Hawkins?

We’re all awaiting your presentation on your basis for this great optimism! What do you see that all of us don’t see. What have you seen in nine seasons that could convince us that we’re going to see anything beyond the mediocrity that been exhibited. We understand Pollyanna but without more substance, we don’t buy it. The platform is yours.

I know who he is, but I don’t know him personally.

This is the first time you said “better over the next few years…” It is always about this week and this season. All of us can be positive over the next few years. But based on the large sample size, it’s hard to be positive with this staff. So, what changed to talk about future seasons? I’m going to be 72 shortly. How many seasons do I have left?
Also, I object to your veiled derision towards those of us who want to see a better day. I’ve never kissed a ring. Don’t think there’s a ring to kiss. And, none of us want to “give up”. That’s why we all attend/watch every game we can. As for myself, I have said for many years that I’m a fan whether we win or lose. It’s just a lot more fun to win.
It seems your plan is based on “hope”, Not based on the objective existing evidence to the contrary. And, as is said, “hope” is not a plan.

Who are all these “sources?” And who uses mashed King’s English such as “Needs fired?”

Who is/are: Michael Hawkins, John Karikas, Jeanette Grabarek?

I’m no fan of CM but this type of “exposure” is both hurtful and hateful. If parents (or others allegedly in the know) have these types of complaints, start by going to David Sayler, then to the President, then to the Board of Trustees in that order until you receive a satisfactory answer…Until you take those steps, please keep these comments out of the public’s view.

@renmanaz sn’t it up to the SID to keep these kinds of comments “out of public view? “ Are you directing your comments to the Facebook posters or others?

I just pointed the board to the public Miami Football page where the comments are displayed. I did not share the comments. I see this as a dilemma for the SID. As the house of cards begins to crumble and optimum wains among the faithful, derogatory comments can be expected on the schools page. The issue is how the SID plans yo handle them.

Not my job pal. Wallow in the doldrums of negativity or get on the Energy Bus.

The Energy Bus needs a new transmission lol

Energy Bus sounds like a euphemism for methamphetamine.

I would be disappointed if he weren’t dropping F-Bombs. At himself and his staff primarily. Not at the team.

Jon Gordon would disagree. You wouldn’t like him either though.
