BG winning tough battles on the offensive boards
Potter following up Elmer’s breakout game with potentially one of his own!
Bultman has had a bit of a rough game. Two very bad turnovers and struggling to hold on to the ball while dribbling.
Bultman seems to be a second half guy.
Ipsaro in street clothes tonight. Brant Byers sighting in the huddle.
Potter and Elmer look like future stars to me, hope we can keep them and they develop. Would like to see the starters as Potter, Morris, Elmer, Mabry and Ipsaro. Bring the old guys off the bench. Bultman, Hunter and Marambeaux all seem like defensive liabilities to me. They can add some pts when we need them and spell the young guys, but I would like to see the young crew play together more.
Don’t think the team played a particularly good first half, but they end up with the lead. BG had some players get into foul trouble and they’re lacking in depth. Good job to put the pressure on and step up defensively.
It’s a recurring problem on all of our home broadcasts. Tagging @VoxRedHawks for visibility.
Rebounds only 21-20 in favor of BG. Seems like we’ve done well whenever we can keep it close.
I am having very few problems with the video. We survived their hot start and some unusual plays (turnovers without pressure- giving up second chance rebounds on free throws). I am optimistic
We’re gonna hit 40 fouls tonight.
BGSU has two old aussies?
Does he remind anyone else of John C Reilly?
Dr Buss?
Up to 50%. 46 from three.
Hunter absolutely taking over while Potter gets a rest. It looked like BG’s player opposite him said something to get him going. Of course while typing this he misses a FT
How did Bultman lose that ball?
Floor monster got’em
A few Miami players have had a really hard time holding on to the ball. Bake even made a comment about it.
This would be huge to close out and be a sign of big steps by the freshmen
