Supposed to drive from Michigan back to West Chester tomorrow. Hopefully it doesn’t take too long to shovel out and they have 94 cleared out.

It has begun! Dog is happy. Roads look like they are a mess. Wife had to return early from Kohls and Costco. $$$ saved.

Will check out Netflix.

Not sure why, but I have an urge to watch Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. And the original Neighbors. And Continental Divide.

By the way…I used the snowblower for the first time…

RYOBI 40V HP Brushless 21" Single-Stage Cordless Auger Propelled Snow Blower & 12" Shovel w/ (2) 8.0 Ah Batteries & Chargers

It was a miserable fail. I had to clean out the auger and chute every 45 seconds!

But…Then our neighbor recommended spraying WD-40 on both. I did, and the snowblower was great. I had no problem with our driveway and did the neighbor’s driveway as well because he was at the UD game.

Plenty of battery left.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult.

Note: I named that snow plow (Blizzard Of Oz) in a contest a few years ago. We’ll be seeing it this weekend!

I looked at a snowblower, and a decent one was around $700, and it goes up from there. For the amount of snow I get in Nebraska, it wasn’t worth it. We get about the same or slightly more than Cincy gets. I let my wife handle most of the snow shoveling. If it gets to around six inches, then I go out and help her.
