I asked this question on a different thread, but is this game an official bowl game? I.e., do stats count and will this be included in Miami’s all-time bowl record.
I know we tried something similar with Louisiana a few years ago, but that game never happened.
I do see where there is an official line, so maybe this will be considered an official NCAA game?
Just as real and official as every other bowl game.
Good stuff! Most of the major sites list an “official” Frisco Bowl taking place on the 21st, then the “Frisco Classic” taking place on the 23rd.

You think after the Frisco Bowl…ESPN will be like “okay, take some pics…but we’re gonna need to borrow that trophy for the 23rd…we’ll get it back to you by Christmas, or whenever Fedex feels like it”
