Damn. Just Brett’s reaction showed it wasn’t good.

Speculation based on what I saw in the replay, his lower leg, above the ankle may have broken. Hopefully it’s a high ankle sprain though, but I think it broke. Tackler’s full weight came down on it while it was in an awkward position, and Brett immediately began pounding the grass and yelling out in pain.
