Well, if we’re gonna lay an egg in a big game it’s better to do it in late January on the road then February with an eager crowd at home (let alone Cleveland).

Everyone looks too amped. Shots are long. Trying to do too much on defense. It’s only a half, but it’s a good wake up call.
Unfortunately, Akron gets a home and home advantage against us this season (in Akron and Cleveland).
Defensive attention to detail has been lacking and they have made us pay. And just getting crushed on the boards.

I switched back to Bake and the Women’s gsme. Miami got it down to 7 in the second half but Flashes pulled away late. Final was 77-63.
And I took the 7 points. 
This is just total domination. Culture shock. Lots of lessons here.
