Green is a guard anyway. The Steelers tried to make him a center. I hope center is on their priority list for the draft or free agency.
The key to this game, IMO, is the Steelers run defense. They can not let them run wild like they did the first time around. The defense SEEMS to be playing better than they were a few weeks ago in KC.
Did anybody see Watt grabbing his groin area (seemingly in pain) late in the game? Hope it’s not an issue. I got the impression he may be hurt at the time, and was not just celebrating.
He took a knee to the nuts. Temporary pain, hopefully.
Yes…Sam was signed to PS again!
And JuJu has been practicing the last few days…
Juju being active this week would be an emotional lift more than anything imo. Even bigger, glad to have Dan Moore back this week.
Just ran into an avid Steelers fan at the dog park who loved my Miami fleece. He said the Steelers have activated Juju ahead of Sunday’s game. Hope he’s right!
He’ll play. Suddenly, five solid receivers (if you include Washington).
Genuinely curious what this offense does during practice all week
Serious dropped third down pass problem! Gonna be the stake in their hearts, I’m afraid.
That half should erase all doubt about whether it’s time to retire.
Screens, slow developing stretch plays with a slow RB and junk fade sideline passes…
Yeah that deep ball to Claypool was…woof
Its a shame Ben hadn’t had an OC that challenged him since Todd Haley….
The real shame is that this defense is playing well enough right now for this team to make a run. If this Steelers team had anything resembling an offense, they would be a contender to go to the super bowl. Instead, they’re going to get blown out in the first round.
From the neck down, Ben hurts the offense. No legs, and the arm isn’t the same.
Still…a heck of a career.
The Pittsburgh secondary is burnt toast.
This game is like watching a jug of spoiled milk try to feed cereal to a family of ten. Not a great analogy but you get it.
Yeah never mind on the whole “defense playing well” comment from earlier. Running clock please.
The offensive line is still 90% of the problem with this team.
