Yeah now that I just set my YouTube TV w the Barstool Bowl in my library (to watch later tonight ), a little cognitive dissonance seeping through w our unfortunate weather in Orlando…sorta kinda wishing we had been slotted here with a game right in the middle of bowl season.
My choice is even more dated thus by proxy, it’s cooler.
Incredible amounts of whining and gnashing of teeth coming out of CBus this morning about “meaningless bowl games” and the need to fire Ryan Day. I always thought USC stood for the University of Spoiled Children. Maybe there’s one in Ohio, too.

Day is one 9-3 season away from being driven out of Columbus with pitchforks and torches, and I’m really hoping the result is OSU becoming the next Nebraska.

It may not even take 3 losses. 10-2 with another defeat vs. Michigan will probably do it.

At Oregon and Penn State next year along with home vs. Michigan.
So 9-3 is possible.
Kinda’ fun living in CBus and hearing them cry about 10-2 and losing to “that team up north.”
Unlikely, but definitely not impossible. One only needs to look at Texas, Nebraska, USC, and others to see the heights that other blue bloods crashed to after dominant runs. Even if it’s not that dramatic of a fall, it’s not difficult for a program to drop off to a tier that wins 8-10 games most years but isn’t a serious CFP contender.

It is enjoyable watching the excuses and other reasons as to why Buckeye fans can’t accept the fact they just plain suck.

In its last 2 bowl games (well, CFP title game and a bowl), UGA won by a combined score of 128-10.
Ohio State is 1-13 in its last 14 games against the SEC.
Vanderbilt is 2-12.

If you want to watch the worst starting QB in college football the Citrus Bowl is your bet. How Iowa has nobody better than Deacon Hill is unfathomable.
