Can someone explain what was identified in the IRS determination letter as to the exempt purpose of the organization?
The money donated to the collective appears being solely used to pay by the RBL to provide a personal benefit to select athletes.
What is the public benefit of the Red Brick Legacy or any of these NIL collectives?
I might as well form an NIL collective and solicit donations to pay my grandchildren to participate in junior sports activities.
We expect American taxpayers to subsidize this as a 501(c)(3)?
