MILLETT NORTH

I just got a mailer from the university about an allocation being done for donors to the Miami Athletic Fund with a priority system.

If anyone figures out what section the Miami allotment will be in please share. I don’t think the schools get many tickets nowadays…

Participating in the postgame Alex challenges throughout the season has it perks. The ticket request deadline for the Wednesday and two Philadelphia games is Tuesday at noon.

I very likely cannot swing a Dayton trip this week. I’m going to North Jersey for a family event on Saturday so the timing couldn’t be better when we beat the snot out of the Mustangs.

Should I be concerned that I didn’t get that email?

I can’t make Dayton but happy to still put a request in if someone needs more. Can’t guarantee I get ‘em but its an option.

I didn’t get one either. Heck I’m even a Field of 68 member.

The request form is also available on the website. Just go to the schedule and there is a button for “ticket info.”

Thanks @muhawk I just found it and was coming here to say there is a link at the end of the MiamiRedHawks.com article on the selection.

If anyone is in need of 2 tickets I have them available. I made another thread. I’m willing to verify in any way so you know it is legitimate.

Does anyone have a ticket I can have for free?

Miami has played SMU before in the tournament. I was a student at Miami then. Miami lost but a great team. Problem was Jon Koncak was too much for Miami to handle. https://www.sports-reference.com/cbb/boxscores/1984-03-16-miami-oh.html

Due to overwhelming interest, ticket requests through the Miami Athletics Ticket Office for Wednesday’s First Four game vs. SMU are now SOLD OUT. We are no longer accepting requests through the online ticket form.

Fans who already submitted a request will be contacted by end of day Tuesday regarding the status of their request and the opportunity to purchase tickets through the Miami allotment.

Fans still hoping to attend Wednesday’s game can purchase general public tickets through Ticketmaster at the link HERE or by clicking below.

Keep it coming, Miamians.

=>Cheapest ticket for Wednesday is $111. Cheapest ticket for Tuesday is $19.

I doubt is it all the Lehigh, Prairie View, and SMU fans coming it.

I’ve heard from 2 different people today inside the walls of Millett that our total allotment was 200 tickets.

That sucks. Wish they had maybe 200 general and some student tickets to give out as well

I wonder if that’s the standard, since like 95% of the fanbases that are involved in these games (be they random 16 seeds or bubble team 11s that are probably disappointments) in all likelihood do not travel well to Dayton.

What the heck. I was worried it was only going to be 500
