RPI does factor in game location.
“A home win now counts as 0.6 win, while a road win counts as 1.4 wins. Inversely, a home loss equals 1.4 losses, while a road loss counts as 0.6 loss. A neutral game counts as 1 win or 1 loss.”

I’m willing to bet Tim and Eric Pollitz would like Tim and Eric if they’ve never seen Tim and Eric. We should have our social media people make this happen. Also, I’ve asked for the following for my birthday too many times to count now. Enjoy!
The problem is the committee places more emphasis on quadrant wins than the NET ranking itself. Indiana State was 1-4 in quadrant 1 games last year, which is why they were left out. Inherently, mid majors are going to get less chances at quad 1 wins and almost all of those opportunities will be on the road. How many mid majors play a top 30 NET team at home?
I don’t have a huge issue with the NET itself, but I do take issue with how mid majors get penalized for not having enough quad 1 wins.
IIRC was also one reason the powers that be stopped taking it into consideration, it benefits mid-majors who play a lot more road games than power teams.
