Again, canā€™t blame the online when they run the same option play and try to run Madden routes instead of going for the sticks. Itā€™s an OC/QB problem, not an OLine problem

Maybe Chuck will take inspiration from Trick and turn a few tricks himself. We have nothing to lose here. Just open up the damn playbook. Also, stick a damn coaxial cable up Fickleā€™s ass and score the TD here.

Whether ego or stubbornness, Chuck wonā€™t hire a real OC and give him the reins. Heā€™s apparently satisfied with his play calling.

What more can the oline do? Every run play is up the middle, and Finn holds every pass for 5 seconds or makes a mediocre throw. Gotta help the line out!

The Good things

  • Defense hung in there really well and played a ton of different players
  • I am sure there were a few but I didnt see any injuries
  • Punt game looks pretty good again. Nice and high

The bad things

ā€¢ The offensive line looks weak

The worst thing

ā€¢ I thought we were upgrading at qb - I was wrong

Iā€™ve seen more offensive creativity at a grade school flag football game. Chuck has a lot of great qualities but running an offense isnā€™t one of them
