Game week -- Kentucky!

Might get us a Gene Wojo story on Game Day!

Current line shows we’re +15.5, meaning our line is 2 points closer than the ND/OSU line.

I’m not sure if that says more about OSU or Notre Dame.

The missing Rodriguez factor probably being duly noted by the odds makers.

Back to Kobe Hilton and his possible tape worm… IIRC, former DT Ikeem Allen came to Miami as a 300 lb freshman, but dropped to around 275 lbs and was third-team all MAC his senior year.

In yesterday’s show on ESPN, Greg McElroy and Sam Acho were in agreement on the Miami-UK game. Both felt the O/U was too high and both thought Miami would cover the 16. Interesting.

Yep, and no Running Back being suspended is a 6.5 pt difference. I don’t care how good he is. The OLine is still there and SEC has good backup RBs. Very thin margin of difference between Miami’s Top 5 RBs.

I need somebody to help me get positive on this one. I feel like we wont stop them and we might score a couple. Like 45-20 type of score

It will be tough…I don’t think their OL will dominate us, but am concerned about double 265# TEs/FBs hitting our second level.

More concerned about us being one-dimensional.

Their DL is imposing, after that I feel we matchup pretty well.

We have to hope that we have a solid gameplan…some trickery even. Beyond that we have a bunch of transfers from Iowa St., Indiana, Michigan St, VA Tech, Rutgers…etc, they are not concerned.

We are dangerous to every team we play.how can we not be? Deep roster. Stable program. Not saying they aren’t but no one expects us to be a tough out. But we are.

Can Chuck Martin finally move from a Tier 3 GameDay coach (based on an assessment of all coaches by The Athletic) up to Tier 2? He’s recruited well and apparently has a competent and experienced team and a solid coaching staff. Can he move the outcomes up to the next level?

Don’t really feel like starting a new “Prediction Thursday Thread”, so I’ll just get it going in here…

As I’ve said before, maybe our pass rush will surprise me, but I’m not optimistic. Combine that with a secondary that is learning on the job. I think UK will put up some points. I think we’ll move the ball, but settle for FGs.

UK - 38
Miami - 16

The time is now. Miami 27-26.

Miami - 37
UK - 6
