So after a loss in which our very well paid NIL QB mysteriously didn’t play, Miami posts a 3 minute 30 second post game presser with Chuck (shortest of the season) where he basically doesn’t address the issue, then Chuck skips his contracted radio show, then a day later a bizarre two sentence quote saying Finn is training for the NFL (LOL).
I’m not saying fans are entitled to all the juicy gossip and details, but Miami owes us more than this. Most of us on this board donate a decent amount of money to Miami and Red Brick Legacy. If you want us to fund the roster, fund the program, then you owe us a bit more than Finn is an amazing guy and we wish him the best.

In the presser, Chuck is asked is Henry the guy and he says “yes”. Maybe he was just answering off the cuff, but doesn’t sound like a QB change is coming.

It’s not a great indictment on our journalism program that there is Miami Student writer in that room and no one thinks to ask ANY FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS about Finn leaving the program. The next question, which sounds like it came from a student, was about the conference standings. Jesus.

During the Wisconsin game, following a completion to Deion Colzie, I actually said “It is weird rooting for a Toledo guy and a Notre Dame guy.” That wasn’t fair. Colzie didn’t quit on his team.

He spent more time talking about craps than Finn. Journalistic malpractice as Alex says not to pursue additional questioning when you are told the starting QB, who you paid money to from the portal, has left and the season isn’t over.
