By the time the MACC game kicked off last year, everyone in the crowd affiliated with the team seemed to know that, regardless of the dayâs result, we were destined for Arizona. Curious if there is or will be any similar chatter this time around.

Damn. I enjoyed the fact that Miami won the only fake Frisco bowl.

Unlike our Frisco Bowl, theyâll be playing at the Cowboys domed facility. Too bad Branson doesnât have a stadium thatâd be halfway between the two schools.
Not an insider, but I have followed all the public bowl projections, and yet to see much consensus like we experienced w the numerous Snoop Bowl projections before the MACC last year.
I guess I have seen New Mexico mentioned in a couple, but also still seeing everything from Boise to Tucson. When I googled up bowl projections for Miami U., the AI auto-response was that most projections had us in the Myrtle Beach Bowl vs. Troy.
I donât recall any recent predictions of us being there at all. Go figure. (Maybe Nescadad took control of Google AI since I know thatâs where he wants to see us play near his home!)

I answered my own question by reading the article. Both Mo State and Delaware are transitioning to FBS this season but are eligible only because only 80 teams were bowl eligible at the end of the season.Maybe weâll play the Blue Hens in Conway! .

Thank goodness weâre not in that one. Playing the Xbox bowl on PS5 wouldnât feel right at all.

Now I do see that Sports Illustrated did predict Miami in the Myrtle Beach Bowl vs. Southern Mississippi.

Could cause a shift in conference bowl slots as this slot gets filled.
I think it may also mean a 5-7 team will get in.

I guess that some bowl match ups may need to wait for conference championship games this weekend, but in the interim some dominos will likely keep falling.
Our bowl destination (Tucson) was already set before we kicked off against OU in Detroit. Did we know that before the game? I canât remember.
