As the game progressed and we hung in there, I got so excited I could hardly even bear to watch my gamecast feed! It feels so so so so good to this 1978 Miami grad to see us win this game!
And looking over the stats, it reminds me so much of other big Miami upsets we have pulled in past years (like LSU in '86), where we are out gained, have about half the first downs (16 to 30), and badly lose the TOP, but WIN!!!
Keep the series and keep kicking butt!

This was such an awesome and much needed win for our alums, current students, players, and fans. We are coming back! Watch our world!
This was a very stressful game as I have seen us choke at the last minute too many times against UC and others. (ARMY a few years ago in 2018 in 2OT.)
Sooooo psyched about this win. A UC win makes even a bad regular season tolerable!
