BSU mixing it up pretty good on offense…we are struggling to bring their backs down and then not getting any pressure on the QB when they do occasionally pass

We gave up 158 yards rushing first half. 6.1ypc.
I guess if we run the kickoff back for a touchdown I will take it back…but otherwise

Hate to see the halftime stats…
Weird hill. First one, you give yourself time if you stop them on 4th down. Only needed about 15 to get into FG range. Also get a chance to get the right subs in. Second, you either get the ball with 30+ seconds or no ball at all.
Dumb of BSU to squib kick as we just need one long pass to get in FG range

At least we tried to use that 30 seconds to try to get into position for a FG instead of taking a knee.

Agree…both those last two passes had a chance for a long completion… both good throws by Aveon.

We’re still leading. Aveon looks good. He has efficient numbers and his stats would be fantastic if Wilkins and Marshall didn’t drop accurate throws.
But you’d think we’re down 21 and our QB is 0/10 with the way this thread reads.

Which is why you need to more. Have to make opportunities and get points when you can, not turtle.
