P.S. in bowl press conference, Coach Martin refers to UAB’s great rushing game, so maybe he’s not yet aware that McBride may not suit up. I didn’t listen to the entire video, but in the part I watched Chuck did not mention McBride by name.
Uab has a good running attack. It is more than just one player

Perused the UAB message boards, and no speculation about McBride not playing…if so, I think the UAB fan base will be very surprised, and no doubt very disappointed.
I don’t think anyone but McBride and the UAB coaching staff will know until kickoff.
When they enter the stadium, if he’s not playing then he will be in street clothes I would expect.
Honestly, since he may have chip on shoulder regarding his post season awards (or somewhat lack thereof), given his rushing stats, I still wouldn’t be at all surprised if he plays to showcase his talents.
