My family went last year. I am still deciding for this year. It was a terrific bowl. Probably my favorite that Miami has played in (competing with the first Mobile game).
I’ll be attending (+4). Less than 2 hours from my house!
I’ll probably be making the 5-6 hour drive
@JiveHawk @redhawk11 and I are in.
I’ll be there
I might be there. We have more relatives in Tucson than in Pittsburgh.
Wish I could but I’ll watching from my TV
Nope.
Was considering it, but tickets from Columbus are ridiculously expensive if one goes after Xmas. And can’t miss Xmas with family considering my parents are almost dead. Both doing well, but about 90. Youngest of 8.
Not this year. My parents are visiting the week from Christmas to New Year’s. I am sure my dad would go along if we agreed to visit where my great-grandparents lived when he was a kid (a town called Carmen), but my mom would never go for it.
I’ll be there!!
Watching on TV - I didn’t know that my department elected me to provide all holiday coverage.
Would love to go, especially to Snoop’s bowl. Very happy we are going back there. Hope many Miamians attend. And enjoy the win!
Unfortunately, I will not be cleared to fly at that time. And I will not drive until the Vertigo is controlled or gone for a sufficient period of time to convince me that I would not be a threat on the road. And, to comply with state statutes on such matters. Finally, it’s a little far to drive from Detroit.
Will buy some good food, watch on TV and enjoy a great day, win or lose. But I have found after many decades, that it’s a lot more fun to win!
I went last year with friends- great experience- class event.I cannot go this year due to family conflict. I will however buy tickets to support Miami. I would urge others who cannot attends to at least buy 4 tickets- Go Redhawks ( with a better game plan than last Saturday )
Anyone know which side of the field will be Miami’s? I believe we were on the west side last year.
Seems like it’s the same this year
Nope busy last month with trips to Istanbul and Sweden. I’m done traveling for a while
Sections 19-23 are $72 per seat (plus fees). The Miami University Marching Band will play from Section 17, and additional seats are available in Section 17 and Section 18 for $42 per seat (includes fees). Purchase official tickets with Miami from Seat Geek.
There are also tickets on Gametime. I have promo codes you can use for $20 off your purchase, if that deal is better than what you find elsewhere. You can DM for a code and I’ll pass it along. Of course if you find a better deal elsewhere, I won’t sweat it.
Disclaimer: Gametime is my client and the success of their advertising campaign is measured by promo code redemptions. I don’t directly receive any money if you use one of the promo codes, but it makes me look good to my client which may entice them to continue to advertise with me/my company.
Which i can then reinvest in Miami athletics, allowing for better resources and players, which leads us to winning an OOC game, which leads to the CFP, which leads to eventual college football national champs*
*not a promise but COULD happen!
We are going - section 19 row 8
