A few tidbits from my sister (long-time Tucson resident) regarding eating options:
El Charro for Mexican. They have 3 locations. Vivace (Italian) is more fancy as you know, and it also depends which side of town they are staying in.
Vero Amore is another great Italian choice. Also much less expensive than Vivace.
Highly recommend Culinary Dropout. We had a great postgame meal there last year.
Somebody needs to tell Bake we’ve never played Fresno in football. He keeps repeating that we played them in 1986 on broadcasts. As has been pointed out by several of us, we played San Jose State in that California Bowl game - held at Fresno’s stadium. We’ve never played the Bulldogs in football. Ever.
