Atrocious hire. Dear god. I’m not opposed to getting a guy from D2, but it needs to be a guy who’s actually good in D2. He won less than 2/3 of his games there, never had a record better than 28-7, made the tournament just 4 times in 7 seasons, and never went further than the second round. He has never had a D1 coaching job. That’s the type of hire you make when there’s absolutely nobody interested in the job.
