On the other hand out of the 7 transfers who joined our team this year, 4 of them currently have a better record with Miami than their former team has. And the ones that don’t are only a couple game difference. Mad respect for them believing in a 3-28-3 program and coming to make it better.
I’d even argue that no player that transferred from Miami is in a better place than we are right now. We have former players on teams ranked #s 52/56/58/59/60/61/62 in the NPI. You could argue Laursen or Dahlmeir are in a better place but they don’t get to play much. Simanovics’ team is probably doing the best out of the ones who play.
And Simanovics isn’t getting much ice time at BUGS. Shows you our upgrade in talent this year when a bunch of CHL freshmen on a CCHA team get more ice time than one of our regulars who “portaled out.”
