I think Reggie Virgil is certainly saying that.
I took it that Javon Tracy is saying that you lost your freshman year spending almost all of your time on special teams rather than as a receiver.
As a result, you are out of eligibility while Javon (who did redshirt) has another year of NIL money.
Hopefully, Reggie can make it up on an NFL roster in 2026.
