A bit risky for a team to take on, as he hasn’t officially been approved for another year. Granted, seems hard to be denied lol

247 is reporting that freshman QB Noal Ehrlich is in the transfer portal.

Makes sense with Gotkowski having 3 years of eligibility and the Kansas transfer having 4

Imagine the meltdown from the ou fans if we brought him in…

Important thing here is he will get his Miami degree. No issues when backups graduate and want to move on. Wish him nothing but the best.

OSU WR coming to Oxford

Recruited as a tight end, but switched to WR, and only saw the field once at OSU during his freshman year. Maybe we convert him back to TE.

Said in Brent Musberger’s voice:

“From Cleveland’s GLENVILLE HIGH!”

“Witten (6-4 215) was a four-star prospect who was ranked the No. 28 tight end in the nation by 247Sport and the No. 465 player overall in the 2024 class. He signed with the Buckeyes over offers from Michigan, Miami, Texas, Oregon, Tennessee, and others.

When Damarion Witten signed with Ohio State, the plan was to start him out at wide receiver and then potentially move him to tight end as he got bigger and stronger. He didn’t enroll until last June, which means his next spring camp will be his first.

Without the head start of winter conditioning and spring ball, Witten was learning on the fly when he arrived last summer. He remained at receiver for the entire year, but only played in one game as a true freshman and did not record any statistics.

All-American Jeremiah Smith may not take many breaks this season, but he’s still gonna need some. It would not be a surprise to see Witten battling with true freshman Quincy Porter to be Smith’s backup at the X receiver spot this season. In fact, that might be the ideal situation for the Buckeyes this year.”

Great way to start a long weekend… More to come… the only thing that would make it better is if we were able to pull a UC starter as well…

OSU also expects a lot of blocking out of their tight ends…he probably just didn’t fit the mold there. Could very well be an excellent receiving TE for us!

Looks like a nice addition with perhaps some positional versatility.

Played with D’shawntae jones in HS. Maybe we can get legendary Glenville HC Tedd Ginn Sr to be our OC

Ugh - I know coach martin said he was up and coming to be a good player. Hopefully our Monmouth guy does well

We need to make every effort to keep Glass

Can you blame Glass for looking for another opportunity? After Kenny Tracy went down, Glass was one of four healthy RBs and got nine carries. One would think an “up and coming good player” would get more than nine carries in a room depleted of RBs.
