Conspiracy theory alert: Nick Donato has put Miami University Hockey back in his Instagram bio and has been practicing this summer in both Tri City Storm gear and full on Miami gear

Who is Nick Donato ?
Defenseman who played his freshman and sophomore seasons here then entered the transfer portal. He didn’t end up transferring and stayed at Miami as a student. I thought he was really ramping up in terms of his play at the end of his sophomore year and I was sad to see him leave the team.
I would say he was a fan favorite among the students, they loved his “let’s go RedHawks” hype video and he had an ig web show with his teammates about trying new foods.
He played for Noreen at Tri-City Storm so I wouldn’t be surprised by a reunion given how much his former players love him

I obviously with things had gone better at Miami, but I definitely wish him luck at St. Cloud.

I’m excited about the move to campus sites. A huge issue was the NCHC admitting a worst-case scenario involved having Miami and Western make it to the finals because the travel is much more difficult for fans and they’d make less money on the tourney.

We have commits who were born during the Ryan Jones era (maybe even after Jonesy finished his career with Miami).
That’s scary.
These coaches said from Day 1 that no one will outwork them in recruiting, and they weren’t kidding.

Without a doubt.
When are we going to get the 24-25 roster? Many teams have released rosters/numbers/captains and it’s getting quite close to move in time. Also why does our team move in so late? Feels like other teams have been lifting together for weeks
