Lost the opener against a not very good Bradley team.
Disappointing start in Nashville. Lost to IUPUI in Saturday’s opener. Trailing Tennessee State in the 6th in the nightcap. Seven errors in first two games.
Couldn’t pull it out. Very surprising 0-3 to start with rematch with Bradley tomorrow.
Got the first win today against Bradley 2-0…play IUPUI again at 2:00 PM.

I hope we do have the kinks worked out, because in looking at our schedule, we will get buried if we are not at the top of our game. Our next game is Troy, but that is followed up by 9 straight games against Power 5 teams. Coach is really challenging the team, but with all the talent we have returning from a great team last year, that is exactly what she should be doing.

Miami won the nightcap 5-0 over South Carolina. Yay us!
Watched the South Carolina game on replay. Two solo home runs and some clutch defense. Fun to watch!

Alabama came back to win 4-2.
Great effort today in 7-6 loss to Texas. Down 7-5, Karli Spaid homered to lead off the 7th but Texas then retired the side in order. Second try vs Bama coming up soon. It’s being broadcast online.
