It was great that we won. You don’t want to take road conference wins for granted regardless of the opponent. Western has beaten us before when they weren’t very good so it was a good result. Brown and Ayah were steady the entire game at both ends. The bench scored some points for us. We had 8 assists and 0 turnovers in the 2nd half.
However, many things were still bothersome. We flipped the switch again in the first 4-5 minutes of the 2nd half and played really well. Then flipped it off and we didn’t put them away. We didn’t lose the game at the end like we have multiple times this year, but it was because we were able to score on a bad defensive team. We weren’t stopping them unless they took bad shots. If we play like this against OU, they’ll beat us by double digits.

Exciting…so much that I forgot we had a game.
This result sort of cements Jack’s ability to coach…limping bye an awful Western team.
Looking less likely that these guys even break 500 in MAC.
