Totally off subject, but still highly, highly important, I saw some epic photos of various football related food being prepped for the NW game. Coach Diamond also posts his awesome looking bbq on Twitter from time to time. I wondered what HawkTalk Inc. was making. I’ll start: I’ve got a chicken brining ready to go on the grill in about 5 hours. It will be not unlike the holy infant in the song “Silent Night”: Tender and mild!!!
