If you click the three lines next to the user picture in the top right, one of the options is users. But that only shows users who have posted, not all registered users.
Interestingly, I noticed that there’s a previously banned user who accidentally doxxed themselves. They haven’t posted yet, but I saw their profile under a badge that I received.
Never mind, it looks like it actually is all users. It just only updates once per day and the last update was super early this morning.

Well hopefully it’s not the one who got banned for threatening other posters with violence!
The profile is now visible on the users page.
If you click the hamburger menu and select Users from it, you can see users of the site. I am guessing that’s what you were wanting.
