UC few football facility

Countdown to when the Bengals ask to practice in it. The place is pretty sweet looking

Quite nice.

Not everyone’s cup of tea, but I give UC credit for maintaining a commitment to distinctive and noteworthy architecture.

I keep hearing from multiple people in the world of college athletics that buildings, locker rooms, weight rooms, practice facilities, etc… are becoming less and less important and something that prospective athletics look for. What I am hearing is they are more interested in how much or what kind of NIL deals can you get me, how much money can I get.

Some on here have argued money would be better spent going that route than investing heavily into facilities. I hope we find the right balance when building the new arena and get get quality players to play in it

The facilities arms race that has played such a role in determining university spending priorities and athletic success is over. I am hard pressed to find positives in the NIL era but this is one.
