OK lawyers, what can this be about?
Not a lawyer, but my inkling is that Tiger probably had her sign an NDA to prevent her from writing a tell-all book or going to media outlets with salacious details about him. At this point, she probably went through most of the money she accepted for signing the agreement, and wants to get the NDA nullified so that she can exploit whatever knowledge she has that Tiger decided it was worth paying her off and signing the NDA over. Just speculation on my part, but then we’re not exactly traversing a labrynth here.
