It would take some hustle, but I think the club seats and suites could be sold. 250 club seats at $500-1000/seat (WKU has 500 club seats) and 10 (8-10 seats) suites at $25,000/yr and another 5 (12-20 seats) for $50K/yr. Could also do loge box seats which have become very popular where you can sell at a lower price point of ~$250-500/seat in groups of 4-8.
Corp sponsors would buy/up their packages if included as well as donors who want more amenities.
