Sore Loser

  1. Fernando Mendoza – 2,362 points (643 first place)

  2. Diego Pavia – 1,435 points (189)

  3. Jeremiyah Love – 719 points (46)

  4. Julian Sayin – 432 points (8)

Yea…Pavia apologized…But he deserved his second-place finish…Which isn’t too shabby.

A young man I enjoyed watching has just kissed his own ass to the trashban of history…adios amigo.

Maybe if the NCAA gives him his 15th year of eligibility he will have another shot at the Heisman next year…

He’s always lived on the edge. He’s the guy who caused the big rift between UNM and NMSU when he took a piss in the Lobos’ practice field logo. I was hoping his experience at Vanderbilt might have tempered that somewhat but apparently not completely. There’s always been a little Johnny Mandel in him.

After six years of higher education, Diego Pavia somehow managed to post this mess without a hint of critical thinking.

He’s now emotionally devastated not only by the voters who downvoted him, but by the voters who also supported him. Nothing screams leadership like being mad at the people who believed in you.

He is much better than Shadeur Sanders, but now I’m looking forward to draft day and they don’t take his phone or tablet away. As his NFL stock slides, it won’t be due to ability or work ethic it’ll be because teams can already picture the postgame interviews where every incompletion was a teammate’s fault and every loss was a personal injustice.

Remember: Diego Pavia lost to UMass (at home) in 2023.
