•Last night was our first win as a ranked team since Nov. 27, 1998 (vs. Boston U. in Halifax, NS).

•Last night was our first win on US soil as a ranked team since Feb. 28, 1953 (@ WMU).

•This should change on Tuesday, but we have NEVER played a game at Millett Hall as a ranked team.

•The last time we played a home game as a ranked team was on Feb. 25, 1953 (vs. XU in Withrow Court).

•We have NEVER won a home game (Withrow or Millett) as a ranked team. I’m hoping this changes on Tuesday as well.

Another fun fact; in 1978 when we beat defending NCAA champion Marquette in the first round, afterwards we were ranked #19 in the AP top 20 poll. For some reason, that was the last poll the AP took for that year, so despite our sweet 16 loss to eventual champ Kentucky, that’s how we finished in the AP rankings.
