And the picture is even worse when you realize Miami (and many of our peers in the MAC, CUSA, and SB) are subsidizing with student fees. Fees are counted as revenue. In Miami’s case, about 65% of our “revenue” comes from student fees.
Most conferences would go down if you take out student fees as part of revenue. Even the mighty SEC and Big10.
