3-11. 0-2 in MAC. Not good. Beat a davenport, lost to a butler. Lost to BG Tuesday, but had a 15 point first half lead. Led by senior forward Owen Lobsinger who leads in points, rebounds, and funny names.

Bruce was in so many great (read terrible) 80’s films. He was also in a fantastic ad for Old Spice. I’m gonna find it…

If this team is actually a MAC title contender, we need to win games like this without too much sweat. Bad WMU team in Oxford. They actually showed a bit of life at home against both Toledo and BG but can’t drop games like this.

They are quite tall. Not sure if that necessitates any lineup changes for us though as we are way faster…

And some other stats for WMU. They’re one of the best rebounding teams in the country, including offensively (35th). Miami is one of the best defensive rebounding teams nationally (30th) though.

There’s a great meme I saw where it’s got Jessica Tandy (heiress to the Tandy PC fortune) holding the Star of the Ocean or whatever that diamond was called in the movie as an old lady over the side of the ship. Happens at the end of the film where she drops the multi million dollar stone into the sea. The music is playing, and in bad auto generated Ai, the voice says, “if you want to know the true villain of Titanic, it is her. I just hope we don’t have a big letdown after a nice road win on Tuesday. Have to win this one. I would like it to be comfortably, but honestly, as long as we win I won’t complain.

New bleachers up behind court where Miami comes out. Would be nice if anyone sits there. Do students EVER actually come back from the holiday break?

I decided last minute to watch in person. WMU is large, rebounds well, and have played teams closer than they should. I’m expecting a bit of a shootout. Hopefully the get an emphatic win.
