Quick turnaround as Miami travels to Worthen Arena to take on the 7-6 Cardinals. Hot shooting Ball State beat Kent in Kent Saturday. Cards with big rebounding edge. Jermahri Hill, junior from Alabama, led BSU with 18. Mickey Pearson, another Alabaman, was 4/6 from three off the bench.

Kent is probably their best win following an unremarkable OOC schedule.

Ball State looked to be down this year, but the Kent win on the road is impressive. Miami should win, but can’t sleep walk through this game. If we get through this game, we should start 4-0 in MAC play barring a disaster as WMU and NIU are BAD

Prior, we had only had 1 against Siena and 1 against UMES. My guess is it’s because our defense has been slowly getting better game over game.

Ball State playing at a slooooow pace. But defense is looking good. Up 4-1 at the under 16. Cooper with a bit of a rough start. 2 turnovers and a missed open three.

Played good defense, at the start.
But, BSU now finding holes.
Outcome is sluggish, except for Kraft, with too many turnovers.

Craft is making some tough shots

Like when we get out on offense - got some decent drives

Defensive rebounding and Sparks have been the problem.
