  • Fewer dollars allocated by school, but external marketing dollars are bigger, and bigger schools have better access.
  • fewer global professional slots
  • older rosters, and P5s will prioritize older players, leave development to mid majors.
  • WNBA requires 4 years post high school, less turnover
