Defense came up with a stand that I really didn’t expect them to come up with. And Rodgers actually threw the ball down the field. The new receivers weren’t much of the factor although they did maybe open things up a little for Metcalf.

The rule is clear, receiver must get third step down with control of the ball. He didn’t.
Yeah, it might be a lousy rule but it was interpreted correctly.

I really don’t see the Ravens winning both of their next two (New England and Green Bay), so if the Steelers can somehow get the Lions next week, the Browns game might well be the clincher…
