Phil has Pitt ranked higher than a lot of other publications. I’ve seen them ranked in the ACC in the 9-10 range.
If you think Miami has more than a 14.09% chance to win, you should open a FanDuel account and bet it. They think it is less likely than that.

Incredible optimism. Nothing in Chuck’s tenure gives me confidence winning a road game at Pitt. Though I’d love to see it.
