2-1 after 2 with Waldron getting his first career goal on the power play. Way too many penalties that period, hopefully they clean it up for the third.

Denver leading 3-2 with 2 minutes left. SOG were even for a bit but now 41-20 in Denver’s favor

So. Many. Penalties. :confounded: We spent most of the third shorthanded. There’s only so much you can do when you’re constantly a man down.

4-2 final with the ENG from Rizzo. On the weekend, Mazur alone outscored Miami 5-2.

  1. The fans found the refs highly dubious at best.Several horrible calls.
  2. If Mazur gets hurt they have basically no offense.
  3. We told Denver fans we’re bringing OUR REFs to Denver in Jan.which they found amusing.

Talent usually wins. It did this weekend. We are still off by a wide margin. But making strides…headed in the right direction.

You’re aiming a bit high at this stage of the team development, perhaps.
Give ‘em some credit.
Do you measure the RedHawks football to Georgia? Don’t think so.

Team is better. Hope the get a conference win at WMU.

No we don’t. But we are not in the same league as Georgia football. We are in the same hockey league as Denver and two other teams which are just as consistently good, plus 3 other schools that are ranked and in the NCAA quite often. We are forced to measure ourselves against those teams.

That’s a point, but Piling on gets a little old as they are making serious progress dressing 7-8:freshmen, in talent and recruiting is going well.
