So it looks like they are finally going to develop the corner of High and Poplar where Folletts was. And for the record, I used to love going in Folletts. But here is one of many pictures now in the windows. No construction dates given. Looks like mixed use- retail on the first floor and apartments above. I stood in the rain just now taking this picture so you all better appreciate it!

I was amazed that they finally developed that corner down on the other end of high. I can’t believe that stood vacant for so many decades
I saw this over the weekend. I liked Follett’s, too. Still have Redskin T-shirts I bought there.
