Ummm, in game sign stealing is perfectly legal, and there’s no evidence that’s even what he’s doing. Scouting future opponents and video taping their signs is not. There might be some smoke here if the guy had been at an earlier ND game.
Thought someone would say that. Check out yesterday on The Herd. First few minutes they address it. Deion Sanders had some great comments about the sign stealing as well
