Well
Good addition.
Sportsnet (Canada) posted its April draft rankings and had Morozov 17th. Which would be right in the CBJ’s range, assuming they haven’t traded that pick (and I didn’t look that up).
So where’s the draft party! ![]()

Vote for Grimes and Drobac!
Do you think the Blue Jackets will have Ilya remain in Oxford for 1-2 years ‘development”!
He’s definitely not NHL ready yet and he doesn’t even turn 18 until August, so IMO unless he takes a meteoric step forward next season he’ll be somewhere other than the NHL for at least two years, regardless of who drafts him.
Bonk,
Thank for your reply,sir!
2 more years and summers in Oxford and
Ilya will be an alum or darn close!
No problem, and he could do all four at Miami. He’d still only be 20 and even first-rounders typically don’t make the NHL until 21 or 22.
Grosek to the portal.
Our ProHawks report:
I’ve always felt odd counting Roslovic for Miami.
Because he was only here for a year? There are plenty of NHLers that only went to their school for a year and still claim them. Am I wrong in saying most players that are NHL good usually leave after 1 or 2 seasons?
I was going to ask why Shika wasn’t on the list![]()
No, because I got my players mixed up. lol. Who had the flatworm issue or whatever and went to Ohio state?
Oh that was Carson Meyer, he was with the Amerks this season (along with red savage). That’s understandable ![]()
Elpalito!! Glad to see you back!
And its name was Teddy. Teddy the Tapeworm.
