It was. Was watching on my phone. Same deal though, just lost time and space and made a horrible decision.
Itâs easy to say that Boozer shouldâve held the ball, but when you see 2 guys streaking down the court and if you can get it to one of them, you win the game, you canât blame him for trying to get the ball to them. My oldest was with me and I told him he shouldâve held the ball or pass faked and threw a bounce pass up the floor.
Duke lost it in the last 10 minutes offensively. It seemed that UConn walled up in the lane and Duke kept driving it into the lane and either missed shots or turned the ball over. Itâs weird that in all of Dukeâs losses, they blew double digit leads.
With Duke out, you have to think the Arizona/Michigan winner will be a big favorite on Monday.
Obviously, Bill Rafferty is a national treasure and a spokesman for ONIONS. But watch Grant Hill. You can see him time travel back to 1992 and throwing the ball to Laettner for the catch, dribble, turn, & shoot.
Grumpy is a national treasure.
End of transmission.
=>As @DevilGrad always says, Duke and UNC are exactly the same.
Mullins hit the big shot, Demry and Karaban hit big threes after being ice cold all night, but Tarris Reed won that game for UConn. Had to guard Cam Boozer 1 on 1 the last few possessions and got either stops or turnovers, and was otherwise a menace inside defensively.
the best trio around.
tough week for tobacco road
Hurleyâs mom after the shot!
Scheyer canât get it done at Duke, basically. The team is loaded with 1st round/Top 10 talent and should have title after title⌠and it just donât happen.
Parody account.
Reporting live from the UConn quadrant of Lucas Oil stadium.
The person sitting directly in front of me walked in with a Miami fleece over his UConn t-shirt.
I saw someone else walking the corridor pregame with a 31-(OH) Unflappable shirt.
$20 says one of them was Theman, paying for his ticket with all the savings from free giveaways over the years.
Umm is Michigan gonna beat UConn by 25???
Should Arizona even be invited to the tournament if they get blown out by 30 points?
With Arizonas 3rd loss that means there is only 1 team in the NCAA with less than 3 losses
No.
Crazy that the championship game canât even get on CBS.
Sign of the times.
By more right?
Donât worry. Womenâs championship game is on ABC. UCLA v S.C. > UCONN v Michigan.
