Leafs played with the intensity of a preseason game tonight. I don’t know how you don’t break up the core when your best postseason in 20+ years ends with a home crowd booing and throwing stuff onto the ice.

Game 1 was a train wreck for Carolina. They never recovered from giving up that first goal early on the horrible penalty that shouldn’t have been called.
Gotta win the next one.

I think he was -2 in Game 3 of this series. Not surprised. Too bad.
Roslovic apparently missed 21 games earlier this year due to a fractured ankle.
McDavid is the best player ever to play the game of hockey, he is in the prime of his career, he is playing in the finals, and he going for his first Stanley Cup.

First two games have been epic. If McDavid had better hands and was more of a goal scorer I would agree he’s the best player. He’s def the best skater ever to play the game.
Third period of game 3 turned into a real shit show. Reminded me of the Macon Bacon vs the Fayetteville Fire Ants in the SPHL…
That’s as undisciplined of a game as I can remember seeing a team play at any level.
And I have no problem with players squaring off, 1-on-1 late in blowouts, but I hated the dirty stickwork. If you’re going to fight someone, fine, but the two-hand chops and cross-checks should draw fines.
